Nice Sunday at COCH
I have about 30 minutes until I begin my 8.5 hour workday. The City of Minneapolis, 311, is very progressive and very worker oriented. That's why I love to work for the city. I have three days of work this week, so I'm working M-W. Nellie and the boys just left for COCH. I usually post at night, but I've been SO tired lately. Looking forward to a court date, and some schedule certainty.
Spent a nice afternoon with the newest Moore's. We spent a lot of time giggling, wrestling, playing strange new games, like tossing Samuel's shoes in the air while lying down. He is very playful and loves to laugh. I have some great video of him laughing, but the load times are really long, so I'll post it when local time in Kiev is like 1:30 am (sometimes a night owl).
Samuel having some goofin' around time with Dad. He calls me Mama sometimes. I keep saying, Papa.
More horsin' around.
Jessie continues to wiggle her way into these photos. She needs a rawhide bone in the worst way. I want to find her one. Any ideas?
We were happy to hear that Bin Laden got ultimate justice. I'm glad we are not adopting from Pakistan. It is hard to understand how a group of people can so blindly follow something that is utterly false. We are keeping a low profile, even in Kiev, the next couple of days.
This last photo is my attempt to keep up with the Dillners (just kidding). I started checking out some neat features on the camera. This one permits one color to be seen, and all else black and white. I find it interesting. If you haven't seen the Dillner's page, it is a must. The photography is stunning, and their story is compelling reading as well. I'll be adding the Landry's link soon, as they will arrive on Sunday.
I added this last photo because I was surprised to see actual soldiers downtown. The crowds were huge yesterday at Krashadyk. A week from today is Victory Day. I told Zach I'm dragging him down to the parade, as I've never seen a military parade before. We are hoping Nellie and Matthias will get to fly out next weekend.
Thanks for your prayers.
